Stolen Belts...

I recently purchased a skirt at Target that I decided I didn't love once I got home. So I took it back to exchange for a simple summer dress...but I forgot to return the belt that went with it. So I decided to give it a try today with this shirt but I'm just not loving it. Its cheap and plastic - the new owner of my returned skirt shouldn't feel they are missing out on anything.
