Faux Pearl Bib Necklace

I mentioned this necklace a few posts back in my budget post. I've been searching for a pearl bib necklace for months now, but none that fit my budget. They ranged from $44 to $120 to $140 (and beyond) and just like my J.Crew necklace, I wasn't about to break the bank/my budget for a piece of costume jewelry.

So when I found this necklace at Forever 21, and for $15, I was sold. I didn't love the strands hanging down so I snipped them off with a wire cutter, and here we are - the perfect pearl bib necklace that fits perfectly into my budget.
