Glitz
I've been seeing the glitter gradient nails all over Pinterest (here, here, here, and here!) and finally tried it out for myself. It was relatively easy - you just layer the glitter more the closer you get to the tip.

Florence + the Machine
I'm a huge fan of Florence + the Machine. My friend Lizzi and I saw them last year at Summerfest and once we heard they were coming back to Milwaukee, we bought our tickets immediately.
On our way to Milwaukee we stopped at the Outlet Mall in Johnson's Creek. We made sure to follow our rules of only buying something if we really liked it, rather than the "But its on sale and cheap!" trap that outlet malls make you fall for. So I only bought a few things, but I'm happy with my purchases.
After a few interesting encounters, including catching a girl while she fainted, Florence + the Machine played. She is an amazing singer, and so beautiful. We just stood there in awe of her. If you ever get the chance to see them live...just do it.

Kate Spade Inspiration
I purchased my first Kate Spade purse in February (after finding out about the flash sale they were having thanks to Chloe!) and I immediately fell in love. The inside is this great polka dot pattern, which became obvious inspiration for a manicure.

Leopard, in large format
I saw this post from Lilly's Style last week and although J.Crew is outside my normal clothing budget, I loved her shirt, I had a giftcard and it was on sale.
The shirt arrived in the mail on Monday and when I first put it on....I started cursing myself for buying something online at final sale. I love a leopard print in small doses, but an entire shirt? Breaking it up with a cardigan helped me overcome the "only in small portions" fear of leopard but I'm still unsure. What are your thoughts? Are animal prints reserved for belts and shoes, or welcome as entire pieces of clothing?

Nail Striping
Since graduating, I've had a lot more time on my hands so even though I spend half the day in gloves, I like to make sure my nails are pretty. I'm obsessed with Pshiiit, which may or may not mean something in French. I'm so inspired by the website, even though I can't understand a single word. One of my all time favorite nail patterns of hers is one using striping tape, which I had never heard of. A quick stop at eBay, and $1.50 and 2 weeks later, I was the proud owner of my own set of striping tape. Can't wait to try out all of the colors!
